We know planning a peaceful getaway can bring up questions. Here you will find clear answers about our cottages, amenities, booking process, and what to expect during your Scenic Rim stay.
What amenities do the cottages include?
Each cottage includes a full kitchen, private veranda, modern bathroom, quality bedding, air conditioning, heating, and peaceful Scenic Rim views.
Do you offer romantic getaway options?
Yes. Many couples choose Tuckeroo for quiet, private weekends away. Our cottages create the perfect setting for connection and relaxation.
Is breakfast available?
Yes. We offer optional breakfast provisions made with locally sourced produce. You can add this during booking or request it before your stay.
Is there Wi Fi?
Yes. Free Wi Fi is available for guests who need it, while still allowing you to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay.
Are the cottages air conditioned?
Yes. All cottages offer both air conditioning and heating for year round comfort.
Is there phone reception?
Reception varies depending on your provider. Wi Fi is available if you need to stay connected.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful present for birthdays, anniversaries, or romantic surprises.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your stay. We will do everything we can to reschedule so that you can still experience the beauty of Tuckeroo. If you cancel more than 30 days from your stay, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days from your stay will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date, will be charged the full rate.
How far are you from Mount Barney National Park?
We are only a short drive from the park and close to many Scenic Rim walking trails, lookouts, and nature attractions.
What is your check in and check out time?
Check in is from 2 pm and check out is at 10 am. Contact us if you need flexibility.
Do you allow children?
Children are welcome in select cottages. Contact us to confirm availability for family stays.
Do you allow pets?
At this stage we do not accept pets. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and protects local wildlife.
Are the cottages suitable for solo retreats?
Absolutely. Many guests stay with us to unwind, recharge, write, or simply enjoy quiet time in nature.
